• The course is offered by University of Sao Paulo under the name of Comunidade Internacional de Prática Acadêmica: Comprometimento no Trabalho.

• Goals: 1) To (co)create an international Community of Practice (CoP) on Work Commitment and Organizational Behavior, in which students can participate during the course; 2) the CoP will focus on the international aspects and contextualization of commitment at work and organizational behavior constructs selected for the project to be developed; 3) during the course, students contribute to academic research, answer questions relevant to society, and develop personal (academic) skills.
